Oil and gas drilling within Allegheny National Forest
New oil and gas drilling along State Route 59, part of the Longhouse National Scenic Byway. The Forest Service failed to protect the federal scenery standards along a national scenic byway. This is an example of how oil and gas drilling impacts all other forest uses.
